Everything you need to know before your visit. We've kept it simple so you can focus on relaxing.
Arrival
TIMING
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This gives you time to settle in, change, and begin unwinding before your treatment starts.
RUNNING LATE?
We understand — life happens. We’ll always do our best to accommodate you. However, late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time or, if necessary, your appointment being rescheduled to protect the experience of other guests.
REMINDER
Please present your booking confirmation upon arrival — the message you received on WhatsApp is perfect.
In the Spa
TRANQUIL SPACE
AMO is a place for rest. We ask all guests to be mindful of those around them — soft voices and a calm presence go a long way in creating the experience we all come here for.
PHONE & DEVICES
Please keep your phone on silent mode. Phone conversations, speaker audio, and voice recordings are not permitted in any treatment areas or in our nail and hair salon. We appreciate your understanding.
Little Ones
WELCOME AREAS
Children are warmly welcome in our Mani/Pedi room — provided they have their own booking and are accompanied by an adult.
Our downstairs café is also family-friendly.
UPSTAIRS AREAS
For the safety of your little ones, children are not permitted in our upstairs treatment areas. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

CHAT ONLY
All booking changes, questions, and requests should be sent via chat. We don’t accept calls — this ensures nothing gets missed and every guest receives a considered response.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible — ideally the day before. This allows us to offer your slot to another guest and avoid any inconvenience on both sides.
Health & comfort
If anything has changed since your booking — a new allergy, a recent injury, or anything else — please mention it when you arrive. Your therapist will be happy to adjust.
